High extrusion pressure splits the fiber, promoting the infiltration of chemical liquor and the separation of fibers, fibrillating the fiber. Meanwhile the screw vertical or horizontal interpenetration improves the mixing of the stock with chemical liquor, achieving uniform grounding and continuous pulping.
